1. Services Overview

We provide AI consulting, implementation, and support services including:

  • Solution Testing and Proof of Concept Development
  • End-to-End AI Implementation
  • Ongoing Support and Maintenance

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements and information
  • Ensure proper authorization for data usage
  • Maintain necessary licenses for third-party services
  • Comply with acceptable use policies

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Client retains ownership of their data and content
  • We retain ownership of our proprietary AI implementations
  • Custom developments are governed by project agreements

4. Service Level Agreements

Our commitments include:

  • Defined response times for support requests
  • System availability guarantees
  • Regular maintenance windows
  • Performance monitoring and reporting

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • Direct damages up to the amount paid for services
  • Excludes indirect or consequential damages

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. A01 LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
